The Whisper Air series, originally designed in 1993 and recently updated, is a self-contained marine cooling and heating unit that can be installed in any remote area. Installation does not require the services of a refrigeration technician because the refrigerant system is hermetically enclosed in a marine grade stainless steel cabinet. Installation is accomplished simply by connecting small diameter PVC pipes used in typical plumbing applications. The size of these pipes enables the air supply to the cabin to be installed in very small spaces, even in the ceiling. Unlike conventional systems which use ducting up to 6" in diameter, this system can provide the same amount of air in just 2 inches because the unit is a high-pressure system similar to the type of air conditioning used in air craft.
